How to choose the best picture?

Take photos in natural light. You want to have even light with no shadows
Best angle is straightforward and close so we can see all of the details of your pet

If you need 3 revisions it is a fee of $15 and if you want to start over with a new picture it is a $25 fee due to the amount of work that goes into the artwork.

Please note: The pigment-dyeing process gives each garment unique character. Please allow for color variation in production and washing.

Care Instructions: Please hand wash with cold water. If machine washing, wash inside out on low with cold water, let air dry. Do NOT use the dryer because the high heat could affect the embroidery. Due to the nature of pigment dye, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light or white colored garments in the wash cycle. Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining. PLEASE don't use any stain removers or it will take the dye off of the sweasthirt!!!
